If you've seen latest hairstyling of models and sociliates with hair that bulges upwards at the crown and wondered what that was all about, it's called a pouf. It's the French revolution look all over again, with the pouf making a comeback everywhere.

How To Make It:

The only difference is that those with wavy or curly hair will have to use hairspray or a hair iron to hold the bump in place.
