4 natural remedies to reduce black heads
Lemon Juice
Lemon Juice contains natural astringents that help minimize pores and prevent clogging resulting in the disappearance of blackheads. Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl and dampen a cotton ball with it to use on affected areas of the face. Allow it to dry for 10minutes then rinse, you can also use it as an overnight treatment and rinse off in the morning. Repeat 3 to 4 times a week for best results.
Cinnamon and Honey
Honey is known for its antibacterial properties, while cinnamon is good to improve your skin’s blood circulation. Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of honey to form a thick paste. Apply a thin layer of it on required area and press it with clean cotton strip. Leave for 3 to 5minutes then rinse. You’ll notice good results if you repeat for 10days.
Egg White Mask
Egg White helps in tightening pores, reducing the appearance of blackheads and removing current ones. First wash your face and pat dry. After you separate the white from the yolk, place a strip of facial tissue on the affected area and top it with egg white layer and press gently. When the first layer dries, repeat the method again. As the mask dries, you’ll feel the skin tightness. Peel the tissue layers and wash your face.
Baking Soda & Water
Baking soda helps to clear skin impurities and treats acne. Mix two teaspoons of backing soda with mineral water till it forms a paste. Massage the paste in a circular motion into your skin. Allow it to dry for a couple of minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. For best results, repeat this process twice a week.
